Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Levl mobile application (the "Service") operated by Devefy LLC.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Application. By using the Application, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

1. Medical & Health Disclaimer

Levl is a productivity and habit-tracking tool designed to support self-improvement. It is not a medical device.

The Service, including any courses, text, or suggestions, does not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are struggling with addiction or mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Data Loss & Local Storage

Levl is a "Local-First" application. All your data (journal entries, streaks, habit logs) is stored locally on your device. We do not store a backup of your data on our servers.

Warning: If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose your device, your data will be permanently lost. Devefy LLC is not responsible for any loss of data, streaks, or progress resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or lack of backups.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

a. Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically via your Apple ID or Google Play account. You will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.

b. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage this in your device Settings.

c. Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. Devefy LLC cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including course material, designs, and code) are the exclusive property of Devefy LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devefy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or emotional distress.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
