Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Levl mobile application (the "Application") created by Devefy LLC ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

Privacy Summary: Levl is a "Local-First" application. Your habit entries, journal logs, and streaks are stored 100% locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal recovery data.

1. Information Collection and Storage

a. Personal Recovery Data (Local Storage)

All data related to your habits, streaks, journal entries, and progress is stored locally on your device using your device's internal memory. This data is never transmitted to our servers. If you uninstall the Application, this data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by us.

b. Automatically Collected Data

The Application may collect limited, anonymized data to ensure app stability (Crash Reporting) and functionality. This includes:

• Device type and operating system version (e.g., iOS 18, Android 15).
• Crash logs (if the app closes unexpectedly).
• General usage statistics (e.g., "App Launched").

2. Third-Party Services

While we do not process your recovery data, we use trusted third-party services to handle specific infrastructure needs:

RevenueCat (Subscriptions)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous App User ID to validate your purchase status with the App Store/Play Store. RevenueCat does not receive access to your journal entries or habit details.

App Stores

Financial transactions are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store or process your banking or credit card information.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your personal data is stored locally:

• Retention: Data is retained only as long as the Application is installed on your device.
• Deletion: You may delete all your data at any time by simply uninstalling the Application. No "request to delete" is required as we do not hold your data on our servers.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Application addresses sensitive topics and is intended for use by adults or mature audiences (17+). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

5. Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the local storage of your data and the processing of anonymous usage data as described in this Privacy Policy.
